Founding
Born Capital Markets is established to provide high-quality colocation and managed hosting with 24/7 support to serve the new and fast-growing electronic trading industry.
2012
Solutions
First software solutions introduced along with enhanced co-location services at CME, NY4, and TMX to address continued, accelerating growth.
2018
SaaS
Name changed to BornTec to reflect the expansion of SaaS offerings to include regulatory support and real-time analysis for surveillance, compliance, audit, and risk management along with expansion to EMEA and APAC. SaaS solution launched as CrossCheck in 2019.

Focus
BornTec divests the colocation and managed hosting services to focus on premium at-trade and post-trade data intelligence and automation tools and solutions across a broad array of markets and products including equities, FX, CFDs, and spread betting.
